Children's Mental Health Week
Lesson: Personal, Social and Emotional Education
We enjoyed all the different activities we took part in for Children's Mental Health Week. Being mindful first thing on a Monday morning set us up right for our week ahead. We then enjoyed a juice and biscuit whilst we had a chat to our friends. On Wednesday we went 'wacky' and came to school in our bright coloured clothes. We had lots of fun expressing ourselves. Fitness Thursday was so much fun! We went outside into the fresh air, put some music on and played games together with our friends! We finished the week with setting ourselves a goal that we would like to achieve by the end of the school year, and we are hoping with all the strategies we learnt, to keep our mind healthy we will be able to reach our goals!
